For the convenience of developing qualified ACM0013 methodology--"Consolidated baseline and monitoring methodology for new grid connected fossil fuel fired power plants using a less GHG intensive technology "--- covered projects with high efficiency, experts entrusted by the Office of NCCCC, NDRC recently worked out ACM0013 methodology pointed China's regional grid baseline emission factors 2009 for CDM stakeholders' reference in the PDD compilation and emission reductions calculation. The relevant factors data have already been verified and confirmed by DOE.
